Can we book you for the whole day?

Sorry, bookings are limited to a maximum of 2 hours.

Do we need to pay extra for petrol?

No, petrol costs are already included in the price.

Do you bring your own tools?

Yes, I provide both power tools and hand tools.

Can customers use your power tools?

No, for safety reasons, only I am permitted to use my power tools on site.

Do you work in the rain?

Yes, I work in the rain unless it’s torrential or the conditions make the job unproductive or unsafe.

Do you accept cash payments? 

No, I no longer accept cash payments.

What card reader do you use?

I use a payment service called Lopay.

Is there a fee if I need to cancel an appointment?

No, there is no fee for cancelling. However, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible, so I can offer your appointment slot to another customer.

Is there a cancellation fee, when the customer cancels on the spot  or on the day?

Yes, there is a cancellation fee that will occur if a customer cancels on the day when i have turned up for a pre booked appointment. The Cancellation fee is £35

I see your hourly rate is £33 per hour. Is there any room for a discount?

The prices are fixed and non-negotiable.

No, I don’t offer discounts at this time.
